It's Saturday again, and here's what we've been up to at Necessary Fiction:
We published Martin Horn's review of Simone In Pieces by Janet Burroway (University of Wisconsin Press). Martin previously reviewed Porthole by Joanna Howard and we're pleased to share his writing again.
And our featured story was "Don't Come Looking For Me" by Lauren Osborn, selected by guest editor Nicholas Claro.
Then in research notes Sara Levine shared some research notes for her new novel The Hitch, publishing on Tuesday with Roxane Gay Books. An extra thrill in publishing these notes is that both Sara and Roxane were both among our very first contributors in April and May of 2009, so it's a special joy to see them working together like this years later.
We also opened submissions for our annual flash fiction summer series, and those will remain open until February 15.
Thanks for reading,
