Welcome to Saturday, friends. I've just noticed on the calendar that the clocks will adjust for daylight savings tonight and I'm already tired just thinking about it. But in the meantime, here's what we've published this week:
How To Love A Black Hole by Rebecca Fishow from Conium Press was reviewed by D.W. White, a writer new to our pages. Rebecca is also a past contributor, both in fiction ("Yes and No," December 2013) and with some research notes about her story collection The Trouble With Language.
And Jared Lemus discussed his new collection Guatemalan Rhapsody (Ecco Press) with Jess Maxwell.
Then this week's featured story was "The Babysitter's Crush" by Julieanna Blackwell.
Elsewhere, contributor John Cotter will be teaching an online course on using backstory in fiction for Lighthouse Writers, for which you can register now.
Will Wiles' story collection The Anechoic Chamber will be published this month by Salt Publishing. Contributor Sherrie Flick shared a discount preorder code for her collection I Have Not Considered Consequences, out next month from Autumn House Press. And contributor Dustin M. Hoffman's collection Such A Good Man will be published this month by University of Wisconsin Press.
Until next time, thanks for reading.
