Good morning, everyone. In a week that brought ice and cold to some of us and terrible fires to others, I hope that you and your communities are safe and well.
Here's what we've been up to at Necessary Fiction:
Our book reviews editor (and frequent reviewer), Diane Josefowicz, wrote about Thunderhead by Miranda Darling, from Scribe Publishing.
Then on Tuesday, Alice Kinder interviewed Mary Troy about her recent collection In The Sky Lord. We're pleased to have both Alice and Mary appear in our pages for the first time.
And our featured story this week was "Continuous Revolution," by Hantian Zhang, also a new contributor whose work we are honored to share.
Congratulations to contributor Kirsten Sundberg Lunstrum, whose novel Elita is new this month from Triquarterly Books.
And if you're interested in using Scrivener for your writing but would like some expert guidance to get started with it, writer, editor, and friend of NF Jaime Green will again be teaching her online workshop "Scrivener for Creative Writers" in February.
Thanks for reading,
